HEAD OF AI SOLUTIONS

Are you experienced within AI Solutions and are you looking for a new job adventure? We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the industrial industry.

As Head of AI Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing their AI and data strategy to unlock the full potential of their Io T data. Thereby comprehending the future possibilities of AI for the client and steer the development in the right direction. To obtain this, the consultant will lead a dynamic team of data engineers and data scientist. Key responsibility is to ensure customer value creation for the client's Business Divisions by leading the AI Solutions team to leverage data and AI technologies to ensure digital industry leadership. This should be done in close collaboration with stakeholders from business and the other development units in the Global Technology and Innovation organization.

Location: Mid Jutland, onsite a few times a week.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Lead the AI and data strategy development with the Client's Business Divisions to ensure cross-organizational alignment on data and AI in digital products and solutions
Set the direction for a team of AI specialists, Lead data scientists, Chief data analysts and Data engineers while ensuring prioritization of their tasks
Ensure that stakeholders are aligned and onboard with the AI strategy and data strategy that has been devised
Facilitate strong collaboration with other R&D functions at the Client and establish effective cooperation in developing new products for AI and data strategies
Ensure that AI development is protected by filing industry-specific patents - both to secure new applications and to ensure that our development is not in breach with third-party IPR
Responsible for establishing efficient data pipelines to effortlessly collect, process, and analyze data, which includes managing data connectors and integrations
Ensure real-time and batch data is managed effectively to keep our insights up-to-date and accurate
Responsible for leading the team in implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques such as federated learning and transfer learning, as well as supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised and self-supervised learning for model training and in-depth data analysis. Including exploration of reinforcement learning for optimizing real time decision-making
Lead the team in creating and overseeing digital twins used to simulate and analyze complex systems
Ensure the team make use of leading technologies like deep neural networks (DNNs), convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and graph neural networks (GNNs) to tackle complex problems in data domains such as time series data, spatio-temporal data, image data, etc.
Have contact with many different professional groups and people from technology specialists to business managers.
Drive the adoption of ML/Ops practices to ensure the efficient deployment and management of AI models throughout its lifecycle

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

MSc in computer/data science or other relevant AI related education
Experience from water-tech industry
+5 years of large-scale, hands-on experience with applied AI
+10 years of relevant work experience in business leadership and digital solutions preferably in the water technology industry
Deep knowledge of AI and an understanding of the opportunities this discipline brings
+5 years experience in Leading and developing people
Experienced in working in a large complex organizational setup across organizational and professional boundaries
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Proven experience in project and change management
Motivates and empowers others; recruits staff of a high calibre; provides staff with development opportunities and coaching; sets appropriate standards of behaviour; Ensure the right skills level and plan actively for needs and capabilities to match
Business acumen
Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear way both spoken and in writing
An imaginative individual capable of not only crafting a vision but also generating the momentum that inspires others to embrace and follow that vision
An individual adapt at navigating an environment with diverse agendas and effectively setting the agenda
An outgoing individual who excels at building strong connections
Strong English skills - both written and oral
