Your role:

In this role, you will be responsible for business development, funnel management and leading our team of Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers and Inside Account Managers.

You will play a strong role in the continuously development of the company together with the other managers in the Country Leadership Team. You will together with your team and other teams drive volume growth, retain and develop existing business and win new large accounts by strong leadership and ensuring your team the right tools for them to be successful and highly engaged.

It is a senior role, and the ideal candidate has a strong and proven commercial background, management experience and will be able to contribute positive to the strong culture we have built locally over the past years.

Experience from the business we serve is an advantage, but your commercial and management skills - and drive to be successful in this role is more important.

Our office is in Vedbaek, and the ideal candidate will with limited travel be able to be in the office most days - when not out visiting customers and partners with your team or working from home when that suits you better.

You will report to our Country & Sales Director Denmark.

Your team:

The team you will take over consist of skilled and experienced individuals, and new less experienced but capable and highly motivated persons in different roles. The team will, when fully in place, consist of 8 persons.

You and your team are responsible for local key accounts and the local management of Nordic, European and Global accounts.

Diversey is already a strong partner for many leading companies within the sectors we serve, and we have an ambitious growth plan, and your team has been built to provide a high service level for key accounts and to grow our business in strong cooperation with our other sales departments and our Channel partners which is a key focus area for Diversey.

Fluent in Danish and skilled in English
