The role:


We are accelerating through an exciting transformational period and is looking for a strong leader to drive the integrated Market Access Strategy.
As Market Access Manager, the candidate will be accountable for evolving the Market Access approach in Denmark across the pharmaceutical portfolio.
The Market Access Manager will be part of the Danish leadership team influencing the overall commercialisation strategy.


Responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and implementation of the integrated Market Access Strategy in cross-functional collaboration locally and with HQ.
• Develop the Governmental Public Affairs & Communications strategy and action plan.
• Implement company communication strategy in accordance with HQ guidance.
• Support the external impact of the General Manager and Medical Director on shaping business-critical policy.
• Supporting overall commercialisation by giving input to the local Medical and Marketing Strategy and activities.
• Defining and driving the optimal Market Access conditions for our portfolio of mature and launch products.
• Being responsible for adapting and/or developing the brands' value propositions in line with HQ guidance and communicating this to the target Danish Payor and Policy stakeholders.
• Developing local pricing proposals in compliance with the HQ pricing strategy.
• Heading operational pricing activities and scope, e.g., Gross to Net/Tender strategy or innovative pricing strategies, in collaboration with the Business Units, General Manager, and Regulatory Affairs, aligned with the guidelines from HQ.
• Activating medical, epidemiological, and RWE data to increase value perception.
• Being accountable for the annual Market Access plan development and implementation.
• Being an advisor and relevant member of the payor and healthcare policy environment.
• Being accountable for HTA Strategy and associated dossier submissions.
• Driving the evolution of the Market Access capabilities in the Danish organisation.
• Educating the broader organisations on the advantage of a Market Access mindset.
• Developing relationships with the Global/European brand teams to influence HQ-developed objectives, strategies, and tactics.
