Your responsibilities

As our future HR TA Intern, you can expect a meaningful workday where you contribute, learn, and truly become an integrated part of our team. You will have your own separate areas of responsibility and assist the HR team with TA-related administrative and project-related tasks.

You will:

Source new candidates through various channels
Plan interviews and coordinate progress
Host or participate in career events
Create job ads
Review CV database input and ensure professional and fulfilling
data
Conduct phone screening and monitor candidates throughout the interview process
Completing projects and tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition team members
Conduct candidate searches and reviewing applicants through online platforms such as Linked In, Jobindex, Career fairs, etc.
Update Master data and support ad hoc where needed.
Maintain and update onboarding material and guides for the Intern that follows you.

We imagine you are studying at a BA or Master level; HR, Communication, Psychology, International Business, or similar. Further, we imagine that you are:

Application
The internship runs from January 2025 to June 2025, however, we are flexible with the duration and start date. The workplace will be either Aarhus or Hedensted. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis. So, upload your motivated CV and relevant educational certificates now.
