Go Gift is looking for Swedish and Danish speaking employees to join the great Customer Service team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Go Gift.com is expanding rapidly! Therefore, we’re looking for additional employees to join our global customer service team and help provide our customers with the best customer support experience!
Go Gift.com is owned by Nordisk Film and is a part of the Egmont Group. Since 2003, we have provided gift cards, entertainment and experiences to individuals and companies throughout the Nordic region and globally.
Via our respective websites, we offer hundreds of gift cards from well-known and valued brands such as H&M, JYSK, Amazon, Tui, Zalando, Ikea, and many more. In addition to these specific gift cards, we also have several of our own product offerings, such as the Super Gift Card and the Global Gift Card, which give the recipient free choice among all our partners.
Our customers are in the private and public sectors, using our gift cards for several different purposes. These can range anywhere from employee gifts for Christmas and anniversaries, rewards for sales achievements, gift cards for marketing and advertising campaigns, incentives for research projects and surveys, and compensation in many other forms.
Your role
To provide professional service and support to our customers via phone, chat and email.
We like to see that you are creative in your work and not afraid to take the initiative or try new ideas.

About you

• You speak and write fluently in at least one Nordic language as Swedish or Danish. You have a good knowledge of English, and if you also understand/speak Norwegian, Finnish, or another language, this is an added advantage.
• You are goal-oriented, independent and take great personal responsibility for the tasks at hand.
• You are an enthusiastic team colleague who shares tips and experiences.
• You can quickly learn new programs and possess great IT skills at the user level.
• You can work full time at out office in Valby, Denmark.
• You're ready to go above and beyond during the peak season, which is late November to early January.
