Marketing Coordinator - Maternity Substitute

Job Description
Danfoss Fire Safety A/S is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to serve as a maternity substitute for our current Marketing Coordinator.
In this role, you will assume responsibility for various tasks within the marketing and sales team, playing a crucial part in our ongoing efforts. Thus, to effectively support the marketing and sales effort we expect that you possess qualities of organization, proficiency, and perseverance.
The position is located in Odense, Denmark.
Working remotely for this position is very limited and candidates, who are able to work at our headquarters in Odense, will be preferred, with the flexibility to work from home when needed. Travelling can occur (est. 5-10 days per year).
We are looking for a maternity substitute who can join us on 1 September/October 2024. The position is limited to 12 months.
The Marketing Coordinator will support a global sales team and will be referring to our Marketing Manager.
Danfoss Fire Safety A/S is part of the Danfoss Group and a global leader in the sale, development, production, and service/commissioning of certified fixed firefighting systems under the brand name SEM-SAFE®.
Our firefighting systems are based on two key technologies: high-pressure water mist and low-pressure CO2. We are engineering a safer tomorrow for people and assets in buildings, industry, and the marine sector.
Job Responsibilities
Key tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Campaign development: develop, execute, and monitor campaigns to support initiatives such as product launches and business development in key markets.
- Develop value propositions: contribute to the development of compelling value propositions that resonate with our target audience.
- Social media: maintenance, graphics, content, and improvement of our online presence.
- Content creation: generate engaging content, including brochures, leaflets, mailings, and other materials to captivate our key target groups.
- Events: assist/coordinate exhibitions and other customer events.

Background & Skills
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Linked In and proficiency in using online tools for targeted campaigns and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CMS, CRM, and knowledge of SEO principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Additional skills in In Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop are a plus.
Furthermore, we expect you to have:
- Structured work method and commitment to deadlines.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Proactive attitude, being able to see opportunities rather than limitations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (business proficiency), speaking Danish will be considered a plus.
