We are now recruiting a PMO Project Manager to support Liquid Wind and the efuel Design and Performance Centre in becoming a world leading developer of green electrofuel facilities, and this could be the opportunity for you to join our team!
The world rapidly needs to electrify to replace fossil fuels on a massive scale. The hard-to-abate sectors like shipping, aviation and heavy land transport cannot be electrified with battery power and require a different type of electrification: Electrofuel made from renewable electricity and biogenic CO2.
Liquid Wind is a fast-growing company, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden and with a presence in Denmark, Finland and the UK. We have approx. 63 employees and are looking for a person that enjoys developing and growing together with the company. Our business model is designed for scale, and we have a solid pipeline of projects in development in the Nordic countries with the goal of reaching Final Investment Decision (FID) for reaching more than 10 projects by 2027.
Moreover, Liquid Wind has together with key partners Siemens Energy, Topsoe, Carbon Clean and Alfa Laval created a joint efuel Design and Performance Centre, where staff seconded in from all parties will work together on a daily basis to create the future competitive designs of e Methanol facilities based on learnings from earlier facilities design and operating data, all documented in a Digital Twin.
The location for this position is in Denmark (Hørsholm). Some travel will be required within the role.
Responsibilities
As PMO Project Manager you will be supporting both our Head of Design and Performance Centre and the Head of Project Management Office. You will be reporting to the Head of Project Management Office, located in Hørsholm, Denmark.
Your main tasks will be to:

• Work closely with the Head of Design and Performance Centre
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, problem solving and continuous improvements
  • Establish a professional governance setup of project management tools
  • Support the execution of the partnership strategy and the efuel DPC vision and mission
  • Support the work processes and deliverables of DPC, including time planning, roadmaps, presentation, and decision material etc.
• Support the Liquid Wind Project Management Office
  • Take part in ongoing improvements of Liquid Wind´s tools and methods
  • Support the Head of PMO with various development projects
  • Bring in expert knowledge on project management topics

About you
You are a self-driven and proactive individual with an interest in technology. You like to work in a multicultural environment with many both internal and external stakeholders. Your main focus is on first-class project management governance and a "can do" attitude.
Key Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience in supporting technical projects in a complex environment
• Are result-oriented and focused on resolving problems for the benefit of all stakeholders
• Can build relations and networks naturally across various organizations
• Skilled in developing professional reporting standards and materials
• Strong mindset with a technical and commercial understanding, eager to get things done
• Comfortable working in a growing organization where your own initiative is important

The company language is English, and preferably you understand and speak a Scandinavian language.
