Are you an ambitious Product coordinator within decorative paint segment, or ready to be one? Are you eager to drive change and work empowered. We are expanding our Product management team to support the Flügger strategy - with high-performing, easy to use, sustainable, & profitable product assortments.

About us

Product management at Flügger is part of the Product, Innovation & Procurement department with direct reference to the CEO. Product management is responsible for setting, developing, and managing assortments and products, that meet customer needs, via strong collaboration with Commercial, R&D, Procurement, and Production. Most of our assortment is produced at own production sites in Denmark, Sweden, and Poland. Our customers are professional painters and quality oriented private consumers, and we sell via Flügger shops and whole sellers and in more than 20 markets.

Your role

As Product coordinator you will be a part of Flügger Product management where we strive to develop a profitable paint-, and paint related accessories assortment for best customer fit, primarily the professional painter, in all our markets.

Your roles will mainly be to:

Support Product managers in the New product development process with all their primary and secondary tasks, ex. Item phase in / phase out, packaging- and label administration
Maintain and improve item data quality
Improve processes in the team, and towards internal and external stakeholders, for increased efficiency and time-to-market
Coordinate input from team for presentations and product catalogues
Assist with business intelligence on customers and competitors.

Your profile

We expect you to be a skilled coordinator, with ability to work structured , be curious on where we can improve and with the ability to implement this into processes. . We expect you to be able to see the brought picture and work with focus on the detail and have right first time as priority. If you have experience from deco paint, or construction material trade it is a plus. Also, if you have experience from a producing company with vertical integration from development to sale to end user. Software are mainly MS Office and AX dynamics.

The position is a full time job with a large amount of responsibility, in a great team, in a family owned company listed at Nasdaq Copenhagen. Our working environment is open and joyful. We speak different Nordic languages or English at the office, and most written communication is in English.
