Are you a project manager with a desire to deliver results with your team and external partners? Then join Bang & Olufsen to oversee product development projects across our product portfolio; coordinating the core product teams from start till product launch and beyond.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for all product development activities and the deliveries from each of the project members within the Engineering & Supply chain and act as chair of the full core team.

More specifically, you will:
Oversee the overall project Schedule, Resources, Budgets and Quality

Validate the concept of feasibility in close corporation with the Design Manager

Ensure that the Business management is delivering solid and validated business figures

Work with all functions to define project scope, activities, and deliverables

Be able to collaborate with and oversee our external collaborators throughout the product development phase.

Reporting project progress on weekly basis and full project update at milestones.

Overall responsibility to follow the project development process- and product quality plan, incl. testing

What you bring

You have a technical and business-oriented background. Broad experience in an international R&D project context, broad technical understanding (ability to work across the different technical domains), experience in consumer products.

Moreover, you bring;

Proven stakeholder and people leadership skills.

Robust, motivated, outgoing personality and holistic attitude.

Pro-active and accountable mindset.

Motivates others, moderates’ potential conflicts, generates commitment towards shared project goals, coaches & support where necessary.

Planning of time and budget skills.

Risk Management skills.

Value engineering experience.

Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Chinese is considered an asset.

You will be joining the project leadership team with 10 projects mangers. You will be in close contact with internal stakeholders from, engineering, product management, design, finance, legal (technical patents) and external stakeholders such as retailers, end-customers, suppliers and technology, competence, production, and resource partners.
