• As Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee and manage the sales strategy and operations across all Nordic countries, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• You will take ownership of key accounts, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
• Additionally, you will build and support two Sales Development Representatives, guiding them in key account management, strategy development, and expansion efforts, with a particular focus on high-value deals and cross-border opportunities.

Where You’ll Work

• Territory: The entire Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland)
• Key Focus: Major accounts, high-level partnerships, and coordinating the efforts of the SDRs.
