As Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee and manage the sales strategy and operations across all Nordic countries, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
You will take ownership of key accounts, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you will build and support two Sales Development Representatives, guiding them in key account management, strategy development, and expansion efforts, with a particular focus on high-value deals and cross-border opportunities.

Where You’ll Work

Territory: The entire Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland)
Key Focus: Major accounts, high-level partnerships, and coordinating the efforts of the SDRs.
