How is it to work at NEo S App Product Stream?

As part of SDC’s Digital Banking department, the “App Product Stream” offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a flat and agile department that will, no doubt, both challenge and sometimes frustrate the seasoned developer.
In our collaborative environment, your voice will be heard (and is expected to be expressed), and you'll collaborate with level-headed colleagues. Our teams are dedicated to self-development and continuous learning, always striving to improve and challenge the status quo. We embrace modern technologies and love experimenting with new innovations, all whilst sharing our knowledge with others.
You'll have the chance to hone and expand your skills alongside a team deeply focused on React Native. Day-to-day, you’ll engage with your colleagues, developing new features and closely partnering with your team on design, estimation, and implementation of features.
Working in SDC’s “App Product Stream” will offer you an opportunity to wield significant influence while collaborating cross-functionally with a talented international team of experienced engineers.

What makes you successful in this role?

You are proficient in React Native, Java Script/Type Script and Redux/Redux-Saga. You have a flair for good UX and UI design, and you have experience working on large-scale IT projects.
You bring an engineering mindset and versatility that allow you to adapt to a broad knowledge domain. You are highly dedicated and take full responsibility for your work, ensuring that it is completed to the best of your ability and beyond.
You have a good balance between moving quickly and building long-term solutions. You're curious, innovative, enjoy tackling problems, and fluent in English.
