Student Assistant for Analytical Development

About the department
We are strongly team-oriented department that takes pride in our shared work of providing analytics to upstream and downstream development teams as well as our external customers. It is a dynamic and responsive environment with the need for coordination. We therefore expect our new Student Assistants to have the same mindset – meaning, being communicative, flexible, positive, and service minded.
Your Responsibilities
As a Student Assistant in the Analytical Development team you will be responsible for buffer/eluant production and some analytical sample preparation, e.g. desalting and concentration. You will work closely with the rest of the team ensure that the needed reagents are prepared in time for analyses.
About you
  • You are a 2nd year student or higher, with a relevant study background, e.g. Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.
  • You show strong attention to detail and good oral and written English communication skills.
  • You are self-driven with a flexible, solution oriented approach
  • You have the ability to work independently, methodically, accurately, and neatly
  • You have a positive attitude and a proactive mindset when it comes to tasks and responsibilities.
  • You have some familiarity with analytical scales, p H meters, etc.
  • You are able to have a fixed working day per week of 8 hours, as a start. We are flexible around exams, vacations, etc.
