Student Assistant Controlling

The Student Assistant is currently enrolled at a university and is expected to be enrolled in studies that aim at gaining insights into the areas of Controlling, Accounting and / or Finance. This position calls for a structured approach to planning and workload prioritization. This is with high focus to details and the ability to make sound decisions. Moreover, it is crucial to have a pragmatic attitude towards people and tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential to work constructively with others to achieve business goals and in relations to stakeholder management. Finally, we are searching for a team player able to deliver high-quality results under time pressure.
Key Responsibilities

Support to Finance and Controlling, Commercial Management and Sales

Support and Assistance with data extraction and analysis for:

Monthly closing

Forecasts & Budgets
-
Pricing Analysis
-
Ad hoc analysis
-
Monthly closing
-
Update of various standard Presentations for several stakeholders
-
Reporting
-
Lift the quality of internal reports and create new reports.
-
Help Global FB entities with tasks regarding reporting of financials.

Lift the quality of internal reports and create new reports.

Help to organize and consolidate risks collected at all FB entities.

Update Market report for Headquarters in Graz (GCO)

Gather information and analyze on Market Intelligence
-
Gather data to update, improve and develop reporting tools to support the business.

Keeping an open mind and challenge the existing ways of working.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook

Proficiency in oral and written English

Student with min. 2 year’s into the Studies for a relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree related to Business Controlling and / or Finance and ideally two years left until graduation.
