As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of the daily work in Public Affairs & Communications in the Copenhagen Office. Here you will be supporting the Head of Public Affairs and Communications Nordic/Baltic with both internal and external communication and public affairs activities in Denmark. The position is for 15-20 hours pr. week.

What you can expect

You can expect a wide range of tasks in internal and external communications and public affairs and you will be part of a Nordic/Baltic Team of four.

You will

support the Head of Public Affairs & Communications in the daily work and administrative tasks and in preparation of presentations for the local and the Nordic Baltic Management Team
translate and summarize articles and reports
staying up to date on developing stories in the media that are relevant to BASF Nordic Baltic
conduct research and gather intelligence/information on relevant topics

What we expect

You are currently studying Communication, journalism or similar subject of relevance
You have a passion for sustainability and innovation
You are creative, independent, have strong communications skills you have a high drive, are service minded and able to work with complex issues
You have an interest in exploring how AI can have a role in the future of communication and public affairs
You can express yourself with an assured style in English and you are fluent in Danish
You can work with us for a longer period (+1 year)
