Our Regulatory Reporting Department is part of the Core Platforms & Applications Area, dedicated to developing and maintaining SDC's core platforms and applications. These platforms ensure stable operations for all our customers' business processes.
In Regulatory Reporting, we provide solutions used by SDC’s clients to perform regulatory accounting and reporting to authorities in Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Sweden, and Norway. The department, consisting of three teams, handles the maintenance and development of solutions for regulatory reporting and BI needs. We provide services and products across the following areas: AML (Team 1), Risk, Credit & ESG (Team 2), Tax, Axapta, Accounting (Team 3).
Our system portfolio includes SAS FM solutions for regulatory accounting and reporting, the SAS AML solution for Anti-Money Laundering, and Axapta for clients' own accounting and commercial products for reimbursements and invoice workflow handling. Data for these solutions is sourced from our Teradata-based Data Warehouse (EDW), which processes millions of transactions. This data is crucial for the reporting needs of SDC’s clients. Additionally, we provide solutions that allow our customers to run reports on data from the Data Warehouse to support their reporting needs.

Be a Leader in our transformation journey

We need a Team Leader for our newly established team in the Regulatory Reporting area. You’ll join as the Team Leader for Tax, Axapta & Accounting. With recent organizational changes, our domain needs direction, guidance, skilled people, and effective stakeholder management. You’ll make a difference for our customers in this critical domain, supporting essential services for the banks. You'll be part of a new management team with the ambition to transform how we support our customers and meet the new needs of the 'Data-Driven Banking' agenda at SDC.

What exactly will you be doing?

You will be the HR leader managing a team of 15 colleagues across Denmark and Poland, including both business developers and developers. You'll oversee product management for Accounting, Tax, SAS products, and Axapta, leading changes and ensuring direction, priorities, and alignment across the value chain. A key part of your responsibilities will be fostering a commercial mindset while maintaining a strong focus on regulatory requirements within the domain. You'll drive a robust data agenda, working closely with key stakeholders such as banks finance departments, as well as collaborating with the Danish FSA to meet regulatory reporting needs.

What makes you successful in this role?

You are a dynamic and energetic person who thrives on delivering exceptional customer results. If you have a background in accounting, finance, and IT development, and understand banking needs, you’ll fit right in. Fluency in both English and Danish is essential.
You’ll excel here if you have experience with Agile methodologies, product management, and leading change initiatives. You have experience managing diverse teams, major projects, and ensuring smooth operations, even in changing environments. You are a natural leader, make decisive actions, analyze data, plan meticulously, and adapt swiftly to change. You are not afraid to be hands-on. Most importantly, you are driven to see results through your team.
