About Engineers Without Borders : Engineers Without Borders is a technical-humanitarian organisation,
run by volunteer Danish engineers and subject specialists. We work to create sustainable
solutions and improve the living conditions of vulnerable population groups worldwide. That's what we do
the premises of the local community and in close cooperation with local partners.
We make our knowledge, technology and skills available where the need is greatest, and contribute to
new solutions with a focus on environmental, economic and social sustainability. In short: we

Your role in the fundraising group
As a writer, you will be the one who makes our applications light up the pile. Here's what you need

do:

• Writing applications: Writing well-formulated applications that enchant the readers and

highlights our projects in a clear and convincing way.

• Research and strategy: Dig deep for the best funds and grant opportunities, and prepare

strategies that maximize our chances of cashing in.

• Coordinate efforts: Work closely with the fundraising group to ensure a

coherent approach and effective communication.

• Contribute to rapid response: Help to ensure that we can work quickly and efficiently in our

IUG Response program and respond to challenges as needed.

Who are you?

• A strong writer: You have a sharp pen and can write applications that capture and

convinces.

• Detail-oriented: You have an eye for detail and ensure that your applications are accurate and error-free.
• Strategic thinking: You can analyze the requirements of different funds and tailor yours

applications so they fit perfectly.

• A team player: You are good at collaborating and coordinating with others to achieve common goals.
• Passion: You want to meet a lot of like-minded volunteers and gather around a common goal!
