Description:
As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with sellers, adding selection, overseeing sellers negotiations, planning marketing promotions, and contributing to the company’s category growth rate. You should have a wealth of knowledge about a product or range and experience analysing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan the Market for potential Electronics and Appliances Sellers and draft deals with them.
• Onboarding the new sellers, starting with product selection, datasheet preparation, photo shooting, and final product upload.
• Manage inventory, inventory health, item level forecasting, increasing SKUs, and adding new product categories.
• Negotiate deals and promotions on seasonal occasions with sellers to maximize sales from all assigned accounts, plan & forecast for the seasonal products.
• Solving the sellers’ problems.
• Content submission as per commercial targets.
• Completing tasks and meeting weekly targets on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driving license and a car.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the e-commerce field.
• Proficiency in vendor management.
• Good business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations.
• Highly computer literate, adept at Excel, Google Sheets, and Power Point, and highly online savvy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a target-driven company; Hard-negotiator, a deal maker.
• A keen eye for spotting market trends with a willingness to inspire clients.
