Teleperformance is hiring Customer Service Representatives to start immediately.
Role:
Handling customers' inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English is a MUST • Required English level: B2 & C1 • Graduates ONLY • Availability to start immediately
Specifications and Benefits:
• 9 working hours (including 1 hour break) • Salary: Up to 15,000 NET (including KPIs) • Rotational shifts / Fixed night shifts • Salary increase after 6 months • Career path: A chance to get promoted after 6 months only! • KPIs in Euro equivalent • Transportation is provided all over Cairo and Giza (door to door transportation for females after 11 PM) • Paid training • Medical insurance: 400K coverage per year • Social insurance • Discounts in many stores all over Egypt • Gym access
