JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
SALARY: Up to 15 K EGP depending on English level plus 1000 overnight allowance
LOCATION: Fifth settlement / Mohandeseen Cairo, Egypt (from site)
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service experience or related field
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Proficient with MS Office, internet browsing, and typing
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Escalate issues to appropriate departments or managers as needed.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
-Offer a more comprehensive service, providing personalized advice, creating customized itineraries, and offering destination expertise.
Benefits:
- Salary Ranges from 6500 up to 14000 LE NET INCLUDING KPIs in Euros
- Overnight allowance: 1,000.
- 10% Increase on Basic after 6 Months + 5% Increase on Basic after 1 Year of Hiring.
