Managed Services is the delivery and execution business within Pw C, providing operational solutions for clients. It brings the best of Pw C’s advisory capabilities, our technology expertise and our operational delivery to help clients solve complex problems.

Job Summary:
The Managed Services - HR Generalist Senior Associate assists in a range or HR activities including employee relations, performance management, and talent development. This role involves collaborating with clients to address HR needs and support the execution of HR programs that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Managed Services HR Generalist Senior Associate, you will contribute to delivering these activities for clients of Pw C:

Support the transition of related HR processes from the Client to the Pw C team e.g.
  • Coordinate and support any transition tasks
  • Upskill on any required process workflows and technologies

Support Talent Attraction
  • Facilitates the hiring process by supporting sourcing & screening of qualified job applicants for open positions, conducting background checks & implementing new hire orientation. Handling employment related queries from applicants & employees, referring complex & sensitive matters to appropriate staff.

Support employee relations
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on HR-related issues to maintain a positive workplace environment

Support Talent & Performance Management
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer & execute HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leave management, productivity, recognition & morale, performance & talent management, training & development & occupational health & safety
  • Monitor Competency & Grading Framework
  • Maintain records of all verifications and assessments
  • Research industry salary trends and benchmarks
  • Compare organization’s jobs to similar roles in the market
  • Select an appropriate evaluation method
  • Gather job-related information
  • Analyze the job-related information

Workforce Planning
  • Define & develop annual workforce planning and frequency
  • Monitor Annual workforce planning
  • Receive Changes to workforce plan (reallocation of vacancy) and frequency
  • Review Changes to workforce plan (reallocation of vacancy)
  • Update workforce plan (reallocation of vacancy)

Deliver and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Work closely with internal teams, including payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition, to ensure seamless HR service delivery and enhance overall employee experience
  • Execute tasks as directed by Supervisors
  • Communicate to-do list activities to related parties and manager
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure clarity and understanding
  • Adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Support Process Improvement
  • Develop and implement ideas to support clients and drive continuous improvement initiatives particularly related to HR processes and workflows
  • Assist in the implementation of best practices and new technologies


Pw C will provide you with relevant training, support and coaching to effectively complete your role.

Expected Skills:
  • Knowledge & experience in the HRMS system (e.g. Sales Force, Workday, Oracle cloud HCM)
  • Strong HR Knowledge: Proficient in HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, with a solid understanding of employee data management
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively address employee queries and collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to streamline HR processes and resolve employee concerns
