Global Procurement Assoc Manager - Co-manufacturing

Overview:
The purpose of this job is to Lead The sourcing of Egypt Snacks & PO1 Contract Manufacturing categories, managing a total spend of $52MM, through
- Defining and executing a category strategy, Supply Risk Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Innovation to support growth and deliver P&L Yo Y Productivity and Saving
- Measuring and Improving Sourcing Performance KPI’s &
- Achieving Operating Annual Plans .

Develop & Implement category sourcing strategy, using systematic 7-Steps strategic sourcing approach.
- Plan and monitor category annual and long-term strategic sourcing targets
- Plan and monitor sourcing Productivity / Savings for the category.
- Evaluate & evolve sourcing strategy based on changing market conditions and provide inputs during strategic sourcing activities, including internal and external analysis and negotiations.
- Ensure implementation of sourcing strategy / plans, compliance monitored, and benefits tracked (in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Team) & in line with the procurement policy & control practices
- Act as Co-man SPOC with suppliers & business stakeholders.
- Gradually updating prices & tracking mechanisms reference to business changes.
- Manage category on a local level and leverage from Pepsi Co’s scale in the region if applicable.
- Closely liaise with main business stakeholders Supply Chain, Finance Planning, R&D & legal
- Ensure implementation of best-in-class sourcing tools & digital platforms relevant to the category.
- Lead category negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers
- Manage and maintain the overall business relationship with the suppliers
- Monitor suppliers’ performance and share benchmarking against industry / market standards.
- Lead Co-man AMESA sector agenda interms of digitalization & sustainability with Sector COE.
- Min 7 years of Strategic Sourcing experience in FMCG.
- Food Ingredients Sourcing & Co-manufacturing Experience is a plus
- Experience in using advanced sourcing methodologies/ tools.
- Skilled in managing business stakeholders.
- Skilled in suppliers relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degrees in Business or Engineering. Masters preferred.
- Multilingual and multinational experience is preferred.
