Job Summary:
dopay is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of People to join our team. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's people strategy to attract, develop, engage, and retain exceptional talent. You will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing guidance and expertise on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and career development. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of HR best practices across multiple geographies and a passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and execution of the company's people strategy, aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry benchmarks.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and career development.
- Implement and manage HR systems and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
