Job Summary:
As a HORECA Sales Executive at Cartona, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to connect Retailers, with a specific focus on the vibrant world of Restaurants and Cafes. Your role involves not only onboarding new retailers but also spearheading the acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies that will elevate our presence in the HORECA market.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales with a minimum 1 year of Experience preferred in HORECA sector.
Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market dynamics.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
Passion for contributing to the growth of the food and beverage industry.

Your role involves not only onboarding new retailers but also spearheading the acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies that will elevate our presence in the HORECA market.
Responsibilities:

Dealing with existing retailers and acquire new ones.

Promote our app to new retailers and Train them to use our app effectively.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.

Create the leads and communicate with them and convert the leads to sales.

Provide accurate information about the company and the App features and value propositions.

Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.

Identify the clients who shows inclination towards the product but didn't purchase it and follow up for these kind of customers for special deal and offering.

Maintain the record and inform the Management for contacted and uncontacted leads and ensure that the records are entered into personal and automated follow-up processes.

Coordinate with customer service team to activate new retailers and solve any issues.

Stay up-to-date with new services/ features.
