Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our Import Cars Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote imported car models, increase brand visibility, and drive sales growth. The role involves managing all aspects of marketing, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships, to ensure the brand's success in a competitive automotive market.
- Create comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns tailored to promote imported car brands.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Align marketing strategies with overall business goals, sales targets, and customer acquisition efforts.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, and social platforms to engage and attract potential customers.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and test drive campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, auto expos, and other industry events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with dealers and partners to organize co-marketing activities.
- Develop partnerships with influencers, automotive journalists, and other relevant stakeholders to promote car models.
- Explore sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility in target markets.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Monitor expenditures, adjust spending as needed, and report on financial performance.
- Track key marketing metrics (e.g., leads generated, conversion rates, brand awareness) and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Use data analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team, ensuring collaboration and efficient execution of tasks.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry or with luxury/import products.
- Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and leading a marketing team.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for cars and a deep understanding of the automotive industry and customer preferences.
- Knowledge of international markets and experience working with global brands is an advantage.
