**Job Description:**
As a Personal Assistant, you will be essential in supporting our executive team and managing various aspects of our real estate operations. You will handle high-level administrative tasks, coordinate real estate activities, and ensure seamless operations within our organization. Your experience in both real estate and executive assistance will enable you to effectively manage diverse responsibilities and support our business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:** Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- **Real Estate Assistance:** Support real estate activities by preparing property listings, coordinating viewings, and assisting with client interactions and sales processes.
- **Client Relations:** Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- **Document Management:** Prepare, review, and manage documents related to real estate transactions, contracts, and agreements.
- **Coordination:** Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of real estate operations and executive tasks.
- **Event Planning:** Organize and manage events, including open houses, client meetings, and company functions.
- **Reporting:** Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external use.
- **Database Management:** Maintain and update the company’s CRM and other relevant databases to ensure accurate and current information.
- **Market Research:** Conduct market research to support sales strategies, identify opportunities, and provide insights for decision-making.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Extensive experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant with a proven background in real estate. Demonstrated ability to handle administrative and real estate-related tasks efficiently.
- **Real Estate Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of real estate processes, sales techniques, and industry terminology.
- **Organizational Skills:** Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with clients, executives, and stakeholders.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software.
- **Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing documents, correspondence, and scheduling.
- **Education:** Relevant qualifications or experience in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
**Additional Requirements:**
- **Relocation:** Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hurghada, Egypt.
- **Work Ethic:** Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive, flexible, and capable of handling a dynamic workload.
