Personal Assistant to Partner

Job Responsibilities
· Receive the leads from the marketing department and contact them to present the firm’s line of services and reply on their inquiries.
· Set and organize the appointments between the interested leads and head of the concerning line of services.
· Prepare the leads reports and provide it to the top management weekly/ monthly.
·Attend all on-site and out- side meetings with the associated Partner.
-Organize the top management meetings and scheduling, sending reminders, coordinating with all employees and visitors to effectively manage and ensure sustainability of all departments of the firm.
· Planning for the whole year calendar based on set targets and activities to ensure proper settings of travel, meetings, conferences, strategic meetings, and committees.
· Follow up on attendance of the staff inside and outside the firm.
· Handle and coordinate all travel logistics for all business and personal trips requested by the top management in alignment with the set travel budget to ensure all trips are successful.
· Filter and review the firm ’s Info e-mails, reply to inquiries and business e-mails, and prepare business briefings and reporting to support the top management in managing their time more effectively.
· Plan and coordinate direct reports vacations and leaves plans on calendar and on system.
· Act as the focal point between the top management and the stakeholders to gather data, presentations, and reports to consolidate and present it to the top management properly as per the approved guidelines.
Prepare the presentations, proposals, and reports in both word and powerpoint formats.
Attend all on-site and out- side meetings with the associated Partner.
Job Qualifications:
· Females Only
· Bachelor’s degree of business administration.
· 1-3 years’ experience in the field of Sales and office management.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - Power Point and Excel.
· Customer service orientation.
· Initiative & Achievement Orientation.
· Collaborating with Others.
· Flexibility.
· Communication and relationship management skills.
· Planning and organizing skills, problem solving.
· Time management & Project Management.
