The Property Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice to clients regarding property investments and developments. This role focuses on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their property goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and offer tailored property solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Guide clients through the property buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.
- Stay informed about local and national property trends.
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in property consultancy or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Pay: From E£10,000.00 per month
