Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Lead and mentor junior sales team members.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Identify market opportunities and potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
- Attend industry events and networking functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales software and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
