We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where every employee can thrive. We are currently seeking an experienced Training Center Engineer/Instructor to join our dynamic team.
The instructor of the training center should have an engineering background with high personal and presenting skills as he will be the one who is presenting and teaching in almost 100% of his time.
What you’ll be doing:

• Instructing Knauf systems inside Knauf Academies.

• Instructing Knauf Systems outside Knauf Academies.

• Achieve the annual target to train certain number of participants in the training center.

• The awareness for using all the training center facilities in an exact way.

• Responsible for the training center facilities and components.

• Responsible for the mobile training (Van/Caravan) (if any).

• Handle and report with all technical and general requirements inside the training center.

• Surveying for new collaboration agreements and protocols with schools and universities.

• Agreements with private/governmental entities especially with the Ministry of Education.

• Train the newcomers of the commercial team.

• Train the trainers from the Non Knauf training centers (collaborative training centers), private or governmental sectors.

• Responsible for the theoretical part in the training sessions.

• Supervisor in the practical part in the training sessions.

• Responsible for organizing and hold seminars and events outside Knauf Academies.

• Collaborate with the marketing and the sales teams to choose the suitable training sessions according to the market requirements.

• Enhance training curriculums to be suitable with the market segments and requirements.

• Collaborate with sales team to facilitates some collaborative tasks as (site inspection, preparing onsite samples and mock-ups, technical support for project sales team, etc.).

• Supervise to ensure the cleanliness of the training center and be organized and presentable.

• Generate new leads/opportunities from the participants.

• Collaborate with Marketing team in offline campaigns and workshops.

• Collaborate with Marketing team to attract trainees from all target segments.

What we’d love for you to have:

• Min. 2 Years’ experience with Engineering background (Civil or Architecture Major).

• High personal, presenting and teaching skills with sales sense.

• Communicative, a relationship building character and a perfect negotiator.

• Perfect written and spoken English.

• Good in content creation, curriculum development and presentation preparation.

• Technical background is required.

• Extra point: user for Engineering Software’s: Auto CAD, Revit, etc.
