How You’ll Make an Impact
- Single-threaded leader: Transform strategy into results by taking responsibility of planning & delivering successful training programs, overseeing training programs execution including onsite training and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Performance management: Measure, monitor, report the status of running training programs and recommend improvement strategies using SE L.M.S platform.
- Partner and collaborator: Be a reliable, trusted partner and collaborator with relevant stakeholders to review and continuously optimizing training workshops status.
- Training and instructional design delivery: supervisor and review new designed curricula and training material based on the received needs analysis and global trends.
- Team leader: People manager to team of training engineers and trainers. manage performance, coach, and ensure that they have the tools and support to build their skills and experience.

Continuous improvement: Lead continuous improvement programs by collaborating with respective process owners across the training center to implement improvements.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experiences energy field operation.
- 5+ years of training experience in an adult learning environment.
- Fluent in speaking and writing in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).
- Project management experience.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
