Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced Partner Success Manager to be part of our Partner Success team. You will be working hands-on with onboarding new businesses to our platform and taking care of the current ones. We are ready to hire the right person immediately when we find the right one.
During the next 2 years, we are launching cities both in Finland and in Europe, so an excellent command of both Finnish and English is required. In close cooperation with our business development & product development teams, you will also have the opportunity to directly impact our product & services.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, ensuring they have a successful and positive start with Cluby platform
- Responsibility for a customer portfolio - advising customers to maximize their value of using the Clubys platform and thereby ensuring a high net retention rate and low churn rate
- Forming strong customer relationships and ensuring they are fully engaged and supported
- Understanding and anticipating customers’ needs and goals, and ensuring tracking and follow-ups
- Identifying up-selling and expansion opportunities, and ping sales reps about them
- Driving a high adoption rate in your customer portfolio
- Communicate (physical visits, online meetings, calls, and emails) with restaurants to demonstrate Cluby technology
- Ensuring high data quality in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
Essentials skills and expertise
- +3 years of working experience
- Strong and evolving competence in various customer success methods in B2C and/or B2B environments
- Strong communication skills both in English and Finnish
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred experience (at least few of these)
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a marketing environment, B2B Saa S services, or startups.
- Hands-on experience working with digital platforms in the restaurant industry (e.g. food delivery, table booking, etc.)
- Experience of working in the restaurant industry
