Are you ready to make an impact on our German customers as
CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We have a position open for customer centric-thinking colleague who is fluent in German. You will join our international customer service department and provide the best possible support in terms of quality and efficiency for our customers in Germany. At Swappie we are in contact with our customers via email, chats, phone and other platforms. You get to partner with our production team to troubleshoot Germany-specific cases, and closely collaborate with our tech team to ensure our customers' clear navigation across our websites.
The position is full-time and permanent. Our customer lines are open between 9 and 17 or 10 and 18 (Mon-Fri). Swappie's inspiring HQ office is located in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, but we do offer the opportunity to work remotely from home - as long as your home is in Finland.
WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU

Have full professional-level written and spoken German skills

Ability to work also in English - you will need it; that is our company language

Live in Finland currently

Love to work in an energetic team, but enjoy taking ownership of your own work and projects

Genuinely enjoy working with customers - previous experience is seen as an advantage

Any other European language is seen as an advantage
