We are seeking a skilled Growth Hacker to join our growing and international team of 22 online marketing and tech specialists. Based out of Finland, Draivi is focused on capturing the larger growth opportunities available in Germany and beyond, with a particular emphasis on markets like Mexico, Spain, and South Africa. As a Growth Hacker, you will be the driving force behind Draivi’s expansion in Germany in a team of seasoned experts, leveraging your expertise to innovate and lead cutting-edge marketing campaigns in a high-impact role.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Google and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage and optimize email and SMS marketing activities, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
• Assist with content creation and proofreading to maintain quality and brand consistency.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on the German market (preferred but not required).
• Ability to solve problems creatively and think outside the box to discover new growth opportunities.
• Excellent analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German.
• Familiarity with SEA/SEM/SEO, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and the latest digital marketing tools is a plus.
