KONE Finance professionals are responsible for corporate controlling and reporting, treasury, taxes, investor relations, as well as finance development and alliances and acquisitions. We support our business colleagues by driving a financially sound business direction and providing relevant intelligence for decision-making. As the current holder of the position is moving to a new role within the company, w e are now looking for a dynamic team-player with curiosity, attention to detail and a can-do approach to join KONE’s Investor Relations (IR) team as an Investor Relations Coordinator.


You will be the team’s right hand, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of KONE’s IR activities. You will thrive if you are proactive, self-driven, and possess a structured approach to working. Most importantly you are service minded with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning and preparing IR activities related to road shows and investor conferences
• Developing the investor targeting process together with the Head of IR
• Coordinating investor meeting requests
• Planning for IR events such as Capital Markets Days and Annual General Meetings and taking care of practical arrangements
• P articipating in the interim and annual reporting process
• Administrating IR tools, publishing stock exchange releases and updating webpages
• Participating in other IR projects and activities including those related to ESG ratings
Handling various administrative tasks

Your background:

• College or university degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business, Finance)
• Approximately 1-2 years relevant working experience, e.g. from investor relations, finance or communications
• A basic understanding of corporate financials and an interest in the equity markets
• Fluency in both Finnish and English and experience in editing and translating texts
• Strong command of MS Office programs is a must and experience with publishing systems, website platforms, invoicing systems etc. are an advantage
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

You will report to the Head of Investor Relations and be based in Espoo, Finland.
