• 
  A completed 5-year Master of Law degree.
• Seniority with experience from e.g. a law firm, bank, or similar or as an in-house lawyer. Experience of payment services and/or outsourcing is seen as an asset.
• Excellent spoken and written skills in Finnish and English. Swedish skills are seen as an asset.
• Skills in contract drafting and negotiation. You should have extensive experience from independently drafting and negotiating commercial agreements as well as being comfortable leading negotiations.
• A positive and proactive attitude and a willingness to build relations within the organization.
• Interest in working in a fast-paced environment and working closely with the business in finding pragmatic and business-oriented solutions.
• A structured way of working, you are thorough, enjoy working with complex legal matters and have excellent presentation skills.
• The ability to travel regularly to our other Nordic branches.
