As Research Team Leader, you will:

• take the responsibility for developing an ambitious and visionary agenda for research excellence and impact
  

• seek out and apply for large and impactful (international) project opportunities
  

• integrate your team with technical experts and engineers in our research area, creating multidisciplinary offerings that scale across different industries
  

• coach the team and individuals within it to achieve their full potential
  

• coordinate the resourcing between various projects and with project managers
  

• seek out opportunities for commercialization of the research results

Who we are looking for:

• solid background and experience in human factors in technology or safety
  

• able to coach your team members to lead the preparation, management, and execution of complex, high-pressure, multidisciplinary projects, with effective risk management throughout
  

• willingness to lead people. Prior leadership experience is an asset.
  

• experience with large project proposals, intellectual property (IPR) or commercialization of technologies
  

• worked in research projects and are familiar with jointly funded projects
  
• a doctoral level degree in relevant field such as psychology or sociology
