Senior Testing Manager

with the vision to match our ambition.

Your tasks in the net zero journey:

• Lead and develop the Lappeenranta laboratory.
• Drive the company’s system and product testing development and strategy.
• Plan qualification (DV, PV) test programs in customer and research projects.
• Responsible for product certification.
• Support the company’s technology and product roadmap development.
• Lead and plan research projects.
• Utilize test service providers.
• Manage laboratory facility and staff.
• Responsible for safety in testing laboratory.

Requirements
We don’t expect to master it all. At Skeleton, you’ll have the support of the team and we work together to achieve our goals. However, there are requirements you should be able to fulfill to succeed in this role:

• Very good knowledge: Electrical, power electronics and energy storage testing, Mechanical testing (Vibration, IP), EMC testing, Reliability testing, Thermal testing, Environmental testing, and Product and test standards.
• Experience in product certification.
• Team and laboratory management experience.
• Full development cycle experience i.e. from automotive or other industries.
• Experience in setting up and extending laboratories: budgeting and planning; conducting the project.
• Experience in safety requirements in laboratories (electrical, mechanical, noise, heat, etc).
• Electrical engineering understanding and experience in energy storage and power electronics applications.
• MSc or Ph D as education.
