About the role
- Our Voikkaa plant is composed of 42 people, is integrated in the Peroxides department.
- As a Site Manager, you will work on directing and coordinating the activities of the Voikaa plant. You will get the opportunity to manage the production of H2O2 and have a positive impact on leading HSE activities onsite.

You will be accountable for:
- Managing the Capex envelope of the site
- Implementing the sustainability and digital roadmap of the site
- Maintaining compliance with site permits
- Hiring, training and development of the site staff through both internal and external HR partners
- The country management for Finland
- We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in chemical engineering
- Relevant work experience in industrial background.

- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 88,000 euros to 110,000 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
- Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
