Solution Manager, End User Services
Veho is looking for a Solution Manager to build and develop ICT End User Services (EUS) at Veho globally. You will be given the chance to further develop services running on a freshly implemented ITSM platform (Service Now) as well as in collaboration with business as well as IT stakeholders develop it into an Enterprise Service Management solution.
Responsibilities
As a Solution Manager you ensure that EUS are operated efficiently and reliably as well as developed based on business requirements. You will work together with Solution Experts, suppliers and business stakeholders to build a high-quality fit-for-purpose End User service portfolio in Veho. As a Solution Manager you understand the role of EUS in various business processes and provide service area expertise as well as coordination in terms of internal customer communication, vendor management, licenses and cost.
You will be in the driving seat of the important digitalization journey within fast-paced Veho’s IT team.
Your responsibilities will be:

• Ownership and development responsibility of the ITSM platform (Service Now)
• Ownership of Incident and Request Fulfillment processes, including Service Desk)
• Modelling (both conceptual and practical level) and harmonizing End User Support areas globally.
• Building and coordination of a global EUS development.
• Roadmapping services within EUS service domain and managing named solutions’ lifecycles.
• In collaboration with solution provider(s) you will be leading and designing services and workflow (including applicable integrations) for ITSM and other related systems, both internal and external.
• In alignment with corporate development process, you will be responsible for EUS governance and well-being in all countries Veho operates in.
• EUS license & Vendor management.
• Participation in annual budgeting process, invoice handling and forecasting.
• Documentation and End User Knowledge base build.

Who you are?

• You have experience in building and developing an End User Services in an international.
• Strong experience in ITSM systems and their development.
• You have working experience in different levels of maturity of IT Service management and End User Services and have been digitalizing and creating new ways of working in the area.
• You have project management experience and are willing to take ownership of multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent knowledge of ICT industry practices.
• Solid solutions development and supplier management experience.
• Excellent international coordination, collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent skills in English, both written and spoken.
• You speak ITIL. Fluently.
