What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage efficiently the Validation Engineering team
• Guide and mentor colleagues globally on UPS design and testing
• Recruit team members and enhance team proficiency
• Coordinate daily testing activities and resources between projects and tests
• Make test plans, resource plans including people, test bays and test equipment
• Responsible of team’s job safety in R&D test labs together with Lead Safety Engineer
• Give technical supervision and writing and reviewing test plans and specifications
• Give technical support on UPS systems to product management, technical support, sales support, manufacturing and sales.

Qualifications:

• Master/Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong professional expertise in testing, electrical design or equivalent field

Skills:

• Solid understanding of electrical, power electronics environment and testing
• Former experience as a People Manager or Project Manager
• Fluency in English
