<span 72="">Are you a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition professional looking for a new challenge? We have a thrilling role for you! Join our team as the France Head of Talent Acquisition for our new Center of Expertise and be at the forefront of defining the future of Talent Acquisition in France, reporting to France HR Director.
<span 72="">As France Head of Talent Acquisition, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy, KPIs, and guidelines specifically for the French market. Your role will be crucial in leveraging our global frameworks while considering the local context and market specificities. Moreover, you'll manage the talent acquisition budget and team, and foster strong partnerships within the region.
<span 72="">YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
<span 72="">In context of Talent Acquisition center of expertise creation for France, you will be the one in charge of the team creation & development:
- <span 72="">Provide change management support and work closely with managers to address business challenges and ensure a smooth transition.
- <span 72="">Define and implement France's Talent Acquisition strategy, including impactful employer branding initiatives that resonate with the local talent pool.
- <span 72="">Customize global KPIs and frameworks to meet the specific needs of France, continuously collaborating with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and set KPIs and strategic goals to lead the transition and engage key stakeholders to ensure successful organizational change and support Bel's growth and development.
- <span 72="">Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team (6 people, including 3 in long-term contracts and 3 in apprenticeships), ensuring efficient resource allocation and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- <span 72="">Cultivate relationships with external partners, such as headhunters and partner schools, to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
- <span 72="">Be a champion of diversity and inclusion by setting local guidelines and leveraging campus partnerships to build a diverse talent pipeline.
<span 72="">Join our dynamic team within a matrix organization (Corporate, Business Cheese, Business Squeez, 10 plants, 2 R&D centers) and play an active role in an international network led by the Group Talent Center of Expertise, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within Bel. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners, function leaders<span 72=""> and external partners as schools, and suppliers.

<span 72="">To stand out in this role, you have a solid background in talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, and leadership development. You are proficient in change management and are proactive to ensure success and impactful change.
