Your key responsibilities

• Maintain & optimize portfolio process (Sampling, Pricelist updated, industrialization checks, internal database identification, information tracking, new proposals, exception A-team…)
• Support & follow category pipeline projects to develop portfolio in line with portfolio strategy.
• Implement portfolio projects defined to ensure the collection content is aligned with market needs and market evolution (fill the gaps/develop portfolio) as well as optimization and complexity reduction projects.
• Monitor portfolio activity and implement corrective actions if needed.
• Lead, organize and participate to the internal tasting sessions relative to portfolio projects.
• Collect, consolidate, record data linked to portfolio items and ensure system and tools consistency.
• Organize internal communications and portfolio promotion.

You bring

• Food science graduate, with an experience in project management and/or data analysis with good excel skills.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in food industry.
• Organization skills (rigorous, autonomous, proactive mindset, curious, dynamic, creative).
• Soft skills: team-oriented, solution-oriented, ability to communicate clearly and efficiently.
• Fluency in French & English is required.
• Proficiency in Ms Office tools including Excel, Power Point, Word.
