Asset Manager / Computerized Maintenance Management System Analyst

Job Summary
This position will ensure proper development and use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in ADM.

Asset Manager / Computerized Maintenance Management System Analyst will also partner with other colleagues throughout the development of the reliability strategy to maintain and criticality assessment of the equipment, troubleshoots CMMS issues and research various CMMS topics for the Maintenance departments and helps with various standardization efforts across the organization.

Essential Job Functions

• Works on various projects as assigned to implement/standardize the use of CMMS systems
• Works with cross functional team to complete assigned deployments and criticality assessments.
• Utilizes Strategy to Maintain to upload standardized PM’s for location assets
• Provides and helps support for CMMS operation such as- training, updates, changes and reporting.
• Troubleshoots data issues with charts work orders, KPI’s, equipment costs and research for the Maintenance departments.
• Applies mass updates to PM’s, Pd M’s, charts, query’s and KPI’s.
• Applies mass updates and governs maintenance master data for locations: location lists, asset records, equipment classifications etc..
• Assists and provides guidance to ensure bill of materials are added to assets in the hierarchy.
• Develops and rolls out global standards concerning CMMS systems.

Job Requirements

• Solid years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficient user with MS office Suite.
• Previous experience with CMMS(Maximo, SAP, JD Edwards).
• High school diploma or equivalence.
• Proven ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Ability to produce professional and accurate work in a timely manner.
• Ability to interact with a variety of subject areas in a team environment.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines daily.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks.
• Advanced knowledge of Ms. Office Suite
• Ability to be flexible and adjust deadlines and priorities with little or no notice.
• Willingness to assume and learn new responsibilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• Experience in planning or IT.
• Data mapping and/or analysis.
• Knowledge of using reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of HTML.
