You can look forward to

Responsibility for travel management, including updating and ensuring compliance with the travel policy
Supporting travel arrangers and employees travelling on day-to-day business
Coordination with Central Purchasing
Optimising processes and portals in travel management
Training users and maintaining the intranet site and MS Teams channels relevant to the topic "Travel"
Point of contact on insurance questions from travelling employees
Assisting with commercial tasks in Facilities Management (e.g. rental contract management)

You come equipped with

Completed commercial training
Min. 3 years of professional experience with a commercial focus
Experience in travel management is an asset
Knowledge of contract law is desirable
Strong powers of communication coupled with proficient user skills in German and independent user skills in English
Self-reliant and customer-centred working approach as well as a capacity for quick thinking
