What you´ll be working on:

• Drive Excellence: Manage and process direct orders, ensuring smooth operations across Europe.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Handle inquiries from customers and colleagues, providing top-notch service and support via phone and email

What you bring to the table:

• A background in commercial training, or equivalent experience.
• First experience in an office setting; a customer service background is a huge plus!
• Professional experience in medical devices industry or in a similar regulated sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (Outlook, Excel) and ideally some experience with ERP systems (SAP is a big bonus).
• Very good knowledge of English and German; further language skills are an advantage.
• A detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to your work.
• A love for teamwork and a passion for working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
