Customer Service Supervisor (m/f/d)

We are looking for a committed and flexible employee (m/f/d) to lead our customer service team in Germany as a Customer Service Supervisor (m/f/d).

Your Role:

Management of the customer service/telesales team (functional and disciplinary)
Ensuring service and quality standards
Operational responsibility for the day-to-day business/pharmacy
Permanent analysis and control of KPI's
Analyses, profitability calculations for measures in the area of customer service/pharmacy
Monthly sales reporting
Continuous development of employees in customer service/telesales
Interdepartmental cooperation with the marketing department
Participation in congresses and trade fairs
Management and organization of telesales/marketing training
Preparation of monthly sales figures for pharmacy direct business

Your Profile:

Studies in business administration or comparable study/training
More than 5 years of customer service experience and experience in managing teams
Fluent spoken and written English and German
Confident use of MS-Office
Concentrated and accurate work
Ability to work in a team
Self-confident customer-friendly and suave appearance .
