You can look forward to

Continuous development of the data protection management system in close collaboration with the team
Development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures
Support in monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, particularly regarding GDPR
Advising internal departments (and possibly external clients) on data protection-related issues
Preparing reports for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board
Training and raising awareness among employees on data protection topics
Documenting data protection incidents and their resolution
Collaborating with relevant regulatory authorities and handling requests and complaints in the area of data protection

You come equipped with

Completed studies in Business Administration with legal references (ideally with a focus on IT law and/or data protection law) or completed studies in Law/Business Law (at least First State Examination or Bachelor's degree)
Initial practical experience in data protection law, gained for example through internships or legal clerkship
Ideally, solid knowledge of the GDPR
Proficiency in German and English at a negotiation level, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely
A keen eye for data protection risks and details, combined with forward-thinking
A strong solution-oriented approach, flexibility, and curiosity complete your profile
