French Junior Account Manager / Customer Service / Französisch

We are looking for an French speaking (native level) representative who could help in customer service especially as well as assisting the development of the french markets.
Duronic is a global brand based in Romford, UK as well as Ratingen, Germany. We began in 2005 producing consumer and home products and have since expanded in to Health, Home, Kitchen and business products. We sell online, to resellers and to wholesalers in throughout Europe.
The first contract will therefore be a 6 months contract, we will then review your performance and decide if you will be permanently part of the team or potentially offered a second temporary contract.
Tasks may include:
- Customer service for both B2C and B2B
- Optimizing the catalogue for e-commerce channels
- Helping with the business side, including promotions, prices, fulfillment, ETC
This is a part time position. If other languages can be used and are relevant, we can look into increasing the hours.
Beware the role is dynamic as you will be part of a multi-lingual team, we will make sure you perform to the best of your abilities but it takes a bit of a can-do attitude to really perform well.
Our working hours are in between 8h and 17h Monday to Friday.
