Job Description:
As a Global Mobility Assistant Germany at relokate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Global Mobility Team. You will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and submitting application documents for visa and residence permit applications, including fast-track procedures. You will also support us in maintaining our internal databases, structures and constantly updating these. The role will also include researching on different topics such as new immigration procedures and our sales outreach.

We look for someone that is interested in a long-term collaboration and we also provide the opportunity to increase working hours from November 2024 onwards.

Tasks

• Create Notion guidelines for candidates regarding bureaucratic procedures and our internal processes.
• Review, prepare and hand in application documents for visa, residence permit applications as well as fast-track application procedures
• Support on maintaining our database and on researching further sales leads

Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English is essential
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Organized and highly detail-oriented work ethic
• Available to work twice a week for approximately 4 hours (remotely)
• Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Hub Spot, is a plus
