Tasks & responsibilities

• As Head of Health Management, you will be the leader of the regional German health organization, which includes occupational medicine and health benefits services.
• As key influencer you will be shaping our global Health Services strategy, making a significant impact on our global function.
• With your expertise you will create the roadmaps for Germany, ensuring they are in sync with our global strategy.
• You will put the final touches on the organizational structure of regional health services by defining and developing the interface to our HR organization.
• Furthermore, you will lead the charge in process innovation and digitalization in health services, propelling us into the future.

Requirements

• Completed Master´s degree in medicine, public health or psychology related fields
• Extensive international professional experience in leading projects and managing organizations with more than one hierarchy level
• Deep knowledge in managing change effectively and outstanding communication skills in a multicultural environment
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking with a pragmatic and balanced view for details
• Fluency in English and German
